In-line navigation also works well for categorical content but has the added benefit of navigation components remaining continuously visible, regardless of which link is clicked. That is, navigation is not a back-and-forth procedure like it is with Showcase navigation. The presenter simply clicks the desired link at any time. Sometimes we use text links with this navigation style, instead of thumbnails. Usually the links are located at the very bottom of slides.
