If considering a Relational Presentation training or development event, why not combine it with the fun and adventure of a western retreat in sunny Tucson, Arizona? This popular option is held at the luxurious and historic Tanque Verde Ranch, a dude ranch nestled in the Sonoran desert at the base of Tucson's Rincon mountains. These retreats feature the same high-quality training and hands-on learning experiences that are part of onsite training and projects, along with western-themed activities. Best of all, Aspire handles all the details.
Woven throughout training and working sessions are opportunities for horseback riding, desert hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and tennis. Evenings are filled with beautiful sunsets, coyote calls, sumptuous meals—and for the adventurous, the ranch’s famous prickly pear margarita!
What Training/Development Components Are Included?
Retreats are customized to your group's needs and may last anywhere from two days for standard Relational Presentation training (Levels 2 and 3) up to five days for a full-scale developmental project. Likewise, the training/development schedule can be spread out or condensed, depending upon the amount of activities desired. For example, during a longer event, you may wish to give individuals a day off in the middle for relaxation or to catch up on business correspondence. Generally, all retreats include Relational Presentation training at a minimum. Longer stays typically include presentation network development and some or all of the Level 4 components.
What Are the Facilities Like?
Tanque Verde Ranch is a plush yet rustic resort surrounded by saguaro cacti on the far east side of Tucson. Rooms consist of spacious and peaceful casitas scattered throughout desert foliage. The grounds are a working horse and cattle ranch, yet are replete with Southwestern architectural flair and luxurious charm. Meeting facilities enable a full array of modern technological applications and are perfect for Relational Presentation organizational activities. When Is the Best Time to Plan the Retreat?
We recommend reserving dates up to a year in advance because the ranch, despite it sizeable accommodations, often fills to capacity with visitors from around the world. Most people prefer the fall, winter, and spring months because Tucson winters are very mild and beautiful. A timeframe between mid-September to mid-April is ideal. In the heart of winter, temperatures average around 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and dip down to around 40 degrees at night. Tucson enjoys 350 days of sunshine a year. So come prepared to work on that winter tan by the pool.
