Workshops: Live Onsite

Onsite workshops are group events that occur either in your facilities, in other local facilities, or in a pre-arranged retreat setting. Unlike the other two workshop formats, onsite events typically occur in a concentrated period of time that may last between 2 and 4 days on average. A group of people gather for intense instruction and development work and then work as a team afterwards on their own to further expand their initial understandings and network constructions.

The actual structure, content focus, and scope of onsite workshops may vary considerably from one event to another. Each situation is tailored to the preferences of its attendees. For example, one organization may prefer the basic two-day intensive Relational Presentation training option and another might wish to add on an additional day or two of further training, practice, and guided development activities.

Furthermore, such events may have the Aspire trainer travel to the training location or instruction can be Web-based. Participants may be in the same room or computer lab together, or they may be scattered around the world. Various scenarios are possible, according to your organization's preferences.

What distinguishes an onsite workshop is that participants belong to the same company, department, etc. As such, we customize the training agenda for maximum relevance to each group. During the registration process and subsequent analysis of needs, an Aspire representative works with the event organizer well in advance of training dates to craft an implementation plan.
