Many people use PDF documents as a regular part of business operations and teaching activities, but have never explored the full power of including such documents inside a relational PowerPoint platform. Imagine being able to access any PDF document from a group of 10, 50, or 100 such files, all available from a single slide within your presentation materials.
Select any document, in any order, and watch it open in Adobe’s Reader software on top of your slide show. Zoom in on details in a diagram, image, table, or chart, and then pan sideways at will. When finished with a particular document, simply close the reader and select another document from your PDF switchboard … or navigate somewhere else in your presentation materials. This system gives you total freedom to manage and dynamically view all important PDF documents, without closing down your active presentation content.
The PDF Switchboard tutorial demonstrates step-by-step instructions for inserting PDF documents onto a PowerPoint slide and using special functionality to open those documents during a slide show. No other software is required. Sample PDF files are available by download, if you don’t have your own while completing the sessions.
