Relational Presentation training sessions can occur "virtually" via the Internet so that they fit easily into participant schedules. Live Web-based sessions offer the same learning quality found in face-to-face meetings, yet have the added advantages of convenience and allowing participants more practice time between sessions. Such training may include any or all of the four Workshop Levels. Most focus on Levels 2 and 3—the Relational Presentation components—and the training schedule may span a period of several weeks, depending upon learner availability and preferences.

Web-based training might occur with all participants meeting together in a computer lab or conference room, or individuals can be scattered anywhere around the world. We use GoToMeeting screen sharing services for broadcasts, meaning that all participants are able to see the instructor's screen in real time, regardless of their physical location during sessions.

Web-based training can accommodate up to 15 individuals per instructor. All participants should have their own computer. The full course textbook serves as the study material and each person should have his or her own copy of this book, as well. Other course materials are provided at the time of training, or by download.

Costs vary somewhat according to the package chosen but are based on a per-person, per-session fee of $56 with a minimum of ten participants per session. We recommend scheduling Web-based training at least 6 months in advance to assure availability of an instructor and to accommodate necessary logistics.
